At SJA Property Management, full-service management for single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and other single-unit residential properties costs an 8.9% monthly management fee, with a $235 minimum per unit per month. For multifamily properties, the monthly management fee ranges from 6.9% to 8.9%, with a $185 minimum per unit per month. SJA provides full-service property management throughout Everett and Snohomish County.
In addition to the monthly management fee, SJA charges a leasing and onboarding fee equal to 60% of one month’s rent, with a $1,850 minimum, and a lease renewal fee equal to 25% of one month’s rent, with a $500 minimum. For properties with residents already in place, the setup fee is $385 for a single unit or $200 per unit for multifamily properties.
