Hello! I’m Devin Easterlin, CEO of SJA Property Management, and I’m excited to give you a quick update on what’s been happening around here. Over the past few months, we’ve been growing, collaborating, and working hard to keep raising the bar for property management. With more than 900 clients, a great team of vendors, and incredible partners, the SJA community continues to thrive, creating an environment where service and growth go hand in hand.

Meet Our New Team Members 

We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, and we’re excited to share that we’ve added seven new team members in the last six months. These talented individuals bring expertise to key areas like maintenance coordination, fieldwork, sales, and operations. Our focus continues to be on three main priorities:

  • Competitive Pricing: Working closely with our vendors to keep rates affordable. 
  • Consistency: Putting systems in place to deliver reliable, high-quality service over time.

One of the most exciting developments at SJA has been the enhancement of our Resident Benefit Program, particularly in the area of tenant credit reporting. By partnering with various credit agencies, we now have a program where timely rent payments can positively impact our tenants’ credit scores.
