In addition to the monthly management fee, we charge a leasing and onboarding fee equal to 60% of one month’s rent, with a minimum of $1,850, and a lease renewal fee equal to 25% of one month’s rent, with a minimum of $500. For properties with residents already in place, the setup fee is $385 for a single unit or $200 per unit for multifamily properties.
