Their online portal makes paying rent, managing maintenance requests, and updating paperwork super simple. Our designated property manager Kim was Amazing! Always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend working with them!

We have been clients of SJA for three years. As with anything property related there can be hiccups, however SJA leans in to help resolve these hiccups as they arise. I am able to specifically give 5 stars because of our property manager, Bobbi. Bobbi’s knowledge, experience, and customer obsession is what has kept us as clients of SJA, even through the hiccups. She keeps us in the loop at every step because we have asked her to. As clients living out of state she gives us piece of mind with our investment property. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!
