After-Hours Maintenance Emergencies
(Nights 5:00pm – 8:00am, Weekends, & Holidays)
For after-hours maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day, you must call 425-658-1944. If there is no answer, please leave a message. Someone will respond as soon as possible.
Maintenance emergencies include, but are not limited to:
- Sewer backups
- Broken water pipes located on the property
- A break-in causing an unsecured door
- Major roof leaks with water leaking into the home
- No heat during cold weather
