Vacancy?
Not on our watch. If we can’t lock in a qualified tenant within 30 days, we’ll waive your first month’s management charge. (Some conditions apply, but we’ll guide you. For new onboarded, vacant properties only.)
Tenant Placement
Tenants That Stay (Or We Pay).
If a tenant we've placed breaks their lease in the first 12 months, we’ll waive the leasing fee to find a replacement. No hassle for you.
Pet Protection
Pets? We’ve Got Your Back.
We screen pets thoroughly. If approved pets cause damage beyond the deposit, we’ll waive up to 4 months of management fees to help cover it. (Excludes service animals per Fair Housing laws.)
Eviction
Evictions at SJA are rare, but we've got you covered.
If eviction becomes necessary, we’ll guide you through the process, at no extra charge, and waive your management fees during that time.
